Taking orders costs you no subscription fee.
Every restaurant gets the whole ordering system without paying us a subscription: unlimited orders, unlimited tables, unlimited diners. We charge only for the extras that help a restaurant which is already busy get more out of it.
We are never in the payment path
Diners pay you directly on your own payment QR. We take no commission and no share of any order, because no money passes through us in the first place. You keep your existing payment provider and your existing rates.
The first 50 restaurants to go live never pay a subscription fee.
They are taking a risk on something unproven, so they get the Core and Growth plans for their outlet with no subscription fee, for as long as their account exists. This is a term of the written agreement, not a promotional discount.
How a restaurant joins
The place is counted once the outlet has served 50 real orders through the platform, not when it signs up. Signing up does not hold a place, and the date a restaurant registered makes no difference.
When it closes
On whichever comes first: the 50th restaurant reaching 50 served orders, or the closing date published here. Unclaimed places are not carried over, and neither the date nor the limit of 50 will be extended.
Open. The closing date will be published here before it takes effect.
The promise, in full
All seven terms, so a restaurant can read them before agreeing rather than after:
No subscription fee for the Core or Growth plan on that outlet, at any table count, for as long as the account exists. Not revocable, and not conditional on how much the restaurant uses it later.
The place is claimed once the outlet has served 50 real orders, not at signup.
The group closes at 50 restaurants or on the published closing date, whichever comes first, and is never extended.
It belongs to the restaurant, not to a person, and continues if the business is sold.
It covers that one outlet. A second location is priced normally.
Costs another company charges us per use are passed on at what they cost us, for every restaurant including Founding Partners: messaging fees, SMS and AI credits. You see the rate before you switch such a feature on.
Any plan we introduce above Growth later is priced the same for everyone, including Founding Partners.
The last two are stated up front on purpose. Without them, a promise of no subscription fee would quietly come to mean that everything we ever build is included at no charge, and the first genuinely expensive feature would force us either to absorb an unlimited cost or to go back on our word.

What Growth costs
Growth is priced by how many tables a restaurant has, so a large place pays more than a small one and nobody is charged for being busy. Your bill never rises because more diners scanned.
Every country is priced for what is reasonable there, in its own currency. Pick yours if we guessed wrong.
Per outlet, per month, for United States. Prices are shown without Sales tax, which is added where it applies.

Paying yearly costs the same as ten months, so two months are not charged — about 17% less than paying month by month.
The band follows the tables actually set up in your account, never a number you tell us. It is worked out from the highest table count during the billing period, and any change applies from the next period, never partway through and never backdated. Core has no table limit, so adding a table costs a restaurant on Core nothing.
Running more than one place? Your first outlet on Growth pays the band price above, and every outlet after it is 20% less. Adding an outlet itself costs no subscription fee — Core has no limit on how many you run.
The discount follows how many of your outlets are on Growth in a given month, so it moves up or down with that count, from the next billing period. The band price you joined at is the part that stays fixed. Outlets held by a Founding Partner are charged nothing and are not counted when the discount is worked out.
Tax
Prices exclude tax. Where Sales tax applies to your restaurant, it is added on top and shown separately on the invoice — never folded silently into the price. Your own restaurant's tax on its menu is a different thing entirely, and you set that yourself.
The price you join at is the price you keep
Published prices change over time. Yours does not, for as long as your subscription runs without a break. The rate for your band is fixed on the day that subscription starts, in your own currency, and an increase we publish later applies to restaurants subscribing after it — not to you.
An example. Say your band costs $19 a month on the day you subscribe. If we publish a higher price for that band next year, you carry on paying $19: we do not move you onto the new rate, and we never make agreeing to it a condition of staying.
- Your rate belongs to that subscription and ends when it does — whether you cancel it, or it ends because a payment could not be collected. Subscribing again after that starts at whatever is published on that day.
- Changing band is the one thing that changes what you pay. Bands follow the tables in your account, so if yours grows into the next band, that band is charged at the price published at the time of the move — and from then on it is fixed for you in the same way.
- Two things sit outside your rate, because they are not ours to fix: Sales tax, which is added where it applies and changes only when the law does, and the per-use costs listed below, which are what another company charges us.
This is written into the Terms of Service as a term of the agreement, not published here as a slogan.
What a subscription never covers
Stated here beside the prices rather than further down, because these are the things that would otherwise surprise someone later:
- Your own taxes, your payment provider's charges and your bank's fees. Those stay exactly as they are today.
- Anything between you and a diner. We are not in the payment path.
- Per-use costs another company charges us, such as messaging, SMS and AI credits, which are passed on at what they cost us. The rate is shown before you switch the feature on.
The questions restaurants actually ask
So when will you start charging me?
If you are one of the first 50 restaurants to go live, never for Core or Growth on that outlet, and that is written into the agreement you accept. After those 50, taking orders still costs no subscription fee for anyone. Growth is the paid part, and it is only worth buying once you are busy.
What is the catch?
Two things, and both are above: per-use costs another company charges us are passed on at cost, and anything we build above the Growth plan later is priced for everyone. Taking orders is not charged for.
Why would you give the main thing away?
Because a restaurant that is not taking orders is worth nothing to us either. We would rather be the thing every table already uses, and charge the busy ones for more, than charge everyone at the door and stay empty.
Do you take a percentage of my orders?
No. Diners pay you directly on your own payment QR, so there is no point at which we could take a percentage. It is also why we never charge per order: that would make every scan cost you something, which is exactly the wrong thing to discourage.
Set your restaurant up and see.
It takes minutes, and there is nothing to pay to find out.
